Two nights ago, she roosted in low elevation tropical forest about 2,000' from the Pacific shoreline in a very remote and inaccessible area of Colombia. This is about as far out there as she could get.
Typical habitat for this region. A maze of salt water estuaries, tributaries and rivers all generated by the heavy rains of coastal Colombia. Pretty wild area.
