Off to Panama

Island Girl finally put it in gear yesterday, left Limon and flew southeast across Costa Rica and into Panama.

From her track, it appears that she flew near Kekoldi, the famous hawkwatching site in SE CR.

She seems to have taken a largely coastal route, flyimg across Boca Del Toros bay and finally roosting in the mountains of Panama at around 2,746' in elevation and 11.7 km (7.1 miles) inland from the coast.

She covered 204 km (127 miles) for the day and is in line to head for the Azuero Peninsula.

Time to migrate once again after a nice long refueling stop.
