Island Girl continued following her usual heading, although she did not migrate very far yesterday. She only flew 81 km (50 miles) for the day and then roosted inland among some vegetation (does that look like a tree?). Her roosting site was about 6 miles south of the beach.

Looks like a great hunting area for her.

She was only a short distance from the city of Coatzacoalcos, an area she knows well.

She is poised to follow her usual inland route across the Isthmus of Tehuantepec towards the Pacific and then on to Guatemala.

Let's see what she does this time.
