Up the Coast of Colombia

Island Girl continued up the Pacific coastline on Monday, crossing much of Colombia.

She flew 423 km (263 miles) for her longest day in awhile.

She roosted on the coastal plain at only 57' elevation in dense tropical forest.

Her location was near the Rio San Juan, one of the major rivers on the coast of Colombia. She was already north on Cali and approximately 59 km (36 miles) inland from the coastal mangrove forests.
